JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Current security license
• Full working rights
• Own vehicle + drivers license
• Conflict resolution skills + excellent customer serviceability
• Ability to work unsupervised and independently
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Prime level of mental and physical well-being
• Control room operators license in case of any control room work
• Prior experience in the field is an advantage
• Must be able to work rotating roster 7 days a week including weekends, public holidays whenever required
• Valid work visa

PRIMARY ROLE FUNCTIONS

• Respond to alarm notifications and investigate as necessary
• Address all reports of unauthorised access, irregular behaviour and/or damage to resolve the issue immediately or assess whether the issue warrants escalation.
• Curate and submit accurate and timely reports of daily activities and irregularities, including equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons or unusual occurrences.
• Customer communication and assistance with all enquiries.
