JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Current security license
• Full working rights
• Own vehicle + drivers license
• Conflict resolution skills + excellent customer serviceability
• Ability to work unsupervised and independently
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Prime level of mental and physical well-being
• Control room operators license in case of any control room work
• Prior experience in the field is an advantage
• Must be able to work rotating roster 7 days a week including weekends, public holidays whenever required
• Valid work visa

PRIMARY ROLE FUNCTIONS

• Ensuring first-class service for guests
• Catering to guests needs and requirements in a swift manner
• Providing personalised recommendations and suggestions to guests
• Handling all administrative tasks and functions of the establishment
• Dynamic communication with all departments
• Completing all legal and regulatory functions with guests as per the establishment
